VITAS Individualized Pampering Program volunteers bring personalized comfort and connection to our patients in a variety of settings, from medical and residential facilities to private homes.

As a VIP Program volunteer, you might find yourself painting a patient’s nails, helping them with a puzzle, or reading the newspaper aloud. These activities supplement clinical care with personal comforts that help end-of-life patients feel seen, valued, and engaged with the world.
